PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Ever since completing my tenure as Pakistan High Commissioner to U.K. in 2003, I have nurtured a dream to continue our family'scentury-old commitment to education.

Education has been a legacy of the Jaffer Family to Pakistan. It will continue with the building of The Hub School, a non-profit boarding school for 800 boys which will surpass existing standards of educational excellence in Pakistan. This will be followed by a boarding school for girls and finally a university of national importance on the outskirts of Karachi on 240 acres of valuable land donated by my family.

Admission Policy

Admission in THS will be merit-based. Students will be required to appear in a written test (English, Mathematics, Science and Reasoning) and interview.

PRINCIPAL’S PROFILE

Wing Commander (R) Abdul Mujeeb MSc Applied Psychology (Punjab) & BBA Hons. (IBA) is a dynamic and experienced Principal with a proven record of managing and leading a boys boarding school. During his period, the school excelled in academics, sports and co-curricular activities. The students secured 28 positions in Cambridge International Examinations. In sports, the school won outstanding success with many medals and trophies and made a mark even at the national level. The students’ performance in co-curricular activities was also second to none.

Recognizing and emphasizing the importance of IT in the future endeavors of pupils, the school established “ARC (Augmented Reality Classes)”, which means the teacher and taught are remote and connected with Video Link. LMS (Learning Management System); which means the pupil can teach himself even in the absence of the teacher through online resources available on LAN & WAN was also introduced during his leadership.

He has vast and varied experience of teaching and management at College, Academy and University level. He was a trainer of Pakistan Air Force Cadets, Commandant of an Academy and Director and Member of Faculty of a University. During his tenure as Principal, the boarding school achieved sterling success.
